Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How far away will you deliver?
   Currently I am delivering within a 5 mile radius.  If multiple homes within close proximity express an interest in Caroline Cooks then it will be extended.  Arrangements for further locations can be made mutually.
2.  Can I just order dinners?
  Yes, but it is much more cost-effective to order lunch too.
3.  Do you offer discounts?
     Special promotions are sometimes offered.  If you pre-order for 4 weeks you receive a credit of $20, which is 2 meals or one day free of charge.
4.  Can I put in special requests?
    Feedback/questionnaire is always monitored and suggestions are taken seriously. 
5.  What about food allergies, like peanuts?
    Sorry, I do not have a nut-free zone and am unable to accommodate special diets.
6.  Can you provide references?
    Certainly, message me for people who have enjoyed my meal preps.
7.  If I refer people can I get a deal?
    Yes, if 3 people are referred from you and they sign up and pay for one month minimum, you will receive one week free.  Message me for more information.
8.  What if I don't feel like cleaning the containers?
    There will be a $10 cleaning fee for containers returned severely damaged or dirty.  Also, loss of the insulated bag will incur a $25 charge.
9.  Do I have to be home for the deliveries?
    No, but they shouldn't be sitting in the hot sun, despite the insulated bag, for too long.  I'd hate for a deer or other animal to enjoy your food!  Deliveries are made early in the morning, arriving, hopefully, before you leave for work!
10.  How do I sign-up?
