I have lived in Michigan my entire life, and now call Waterford my home.  My 4 kids are grown and I finally have time to pursue that which I love; cooking!  (I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading, gardening and talking to my friends.) 

I use all home-grown food when possible.  I use olive oil and minimal salt.  All meals are approximately 500 kcals or less.  A basic list of ingredients will be available in the informational menu/how-to sheets provided with each meal delivery.
